Has your student card sticker expired? Don't worry, you can renew the sticker at ROTKO offices when they are open. You can pay only by card.
Also in Kemi-Tornio offices you can receive the sticker if you have a receipt even if no person from ROTKO is available but the office is open.
If someone else is picking up the sticker for you, they will need to have an official signed document by you and a copy of your ID.

You can pay by two different ways:
1. PAY WITH BANK/CREDIT CARD WHEN YOU COME GET THE STICKER
The stickers are available in ROTKO offices when they are open.
Notice that we don't accept cash.
2. PAY STRAIGHT TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT
Remember to bring a receipt when you come get the sticker.

STICKER BY MAIL
If you cannot pick up your sticker from the office, you can get it by mail delivery.
Send the following to our office in Rovaniemi, and you can get it by mail.

Your letter must include:
- A return letter packed with details about the returning address.
- Post stamp, for the returning letter
- Your Student Card
If something is missing, we will ask you to kindly bring/send the needed items so we can send the sticker and student card to you.
We are not accountable for any loss that happens through the mailing system.
WHY I NEED TO SEND
MY CARD TO THE OFFICE?
The sticker is personal so by sending the card to our office we can make sure that the sticker will be put to the right card and there won't be any misuse.
