Has your student card sticker expired? Doesn't your mobile student card work anymore? Don't worry, you can renew the membership easily via kide.app, via online banking or at ROTKO offices when they are open. Note that at the offices you can pay only by card.

Also in Kemi-Tornio offices you can receive the sticker if you have a receipt even if no one from ROTKO is available but the office is open.
If someone else is picking up the sticker for you, they will need to have an official signed document by you and a copy of your ID.

1. PAYMENT WITH A BANK/CREDIT CARD AT THE ROTKO OFFICE

The stickers are available in ROTKO offices when they are open.

Please notice that we don't accept cash.

2. PAYMENT VIA THE MEMBER REGISTER

You can pay the renewing straight to the member register: https://jatka.jasrek.fi/en/rotko/
The mobile student card is updated in approx. one day from the membership being paid.

STICKER BY MAIL

If you cannot pick up your sticker from the office, you can get it by mail delivery.

Send the following to our office in Rovaniemi, and you can get it by mail.

Your letter must include:

- A return letter with details about the return address.
- Post stamp for the return letter
- Your Student Card

If something is missing, we will ask you to kindly bring/send the needed items so we can send the sticker and student card to you.
We are not accountable for any losses that might happen through the mailing system.

WHY DO I NEED TO SEND
MY CARD TO THE OFFICE?

The sticker is personal so by sending the card to our office we can make sure that the sticker will be put to the right card and there won't be any misuse.
