Being a tutor opens up opportunities to get to know new people and influence to the well-being of students. At Lapland UAS, tutors can do several things, which is why tutoring is divided into three different job descriptions. Students have the opportunity to apply for one or more roles by one application form. These tree choices gives tutors the opportunity to find a role that suits them best and to develop their own strengths through the tasks they choose. This also offer possibilities to influence and make new friends, which makes being a tutor even more rewarding.
