EtEne-project

The goal of EtEne is to develop peer tutoring to meet the needs of a digitalizing operating environment. In particular, the project will develop the digital and remote skills of peer tutors as well as the accessibility of peer tutoring. In addition, the aim is to develop the digital skills of students and tutoring instructors and increase knowledge of digital platforms and tools and their use in different environments.

The objectives of the project will be achieved through the following measures:
-Investigating the state and improving needs of current peer tutoring
-Getting to know and testing digital tools and virtual platforms
-Preparing training materials for selected tools and platforms
-Training peer tutors in the use and utilization of tools
-Compiling a material bank for the use of peer tutors and other peer tutor educators

The result of the project is an operating model in which peer tutoring is equal and achievable for all students, also taking into account accessibility aspects. As peer tutors' digital skills develop, they are able to act more flexibly and diversely in the changes of the digital learning environment. During the project, peer mentors will gain experience in how digitally supported peer mentoring can support community development.
