This guides purpose is to give knowledge about different know-how and skills you could expect from a person that has been a tutor during their studies.

The guide has been made as a part of ROTKOs EtEne-project.

ONLINE PLATFORMS AND TOOLS

During EtEne-project there have been testing for different tools and platforms that could be potentially useful for tutoring and online tutoring. Below is a list for those tools that have been found useful.

Kumospace
Kumospace is a virtual office and virtual event place where people who are far away from each other can communicate, collaborate and meet each other.

Teams
Microsoft Teams is a communication and collaboration platform that combines continuous work chat, video meetings, file storage and application integration.

Zoom
Zoom is online software and can be used for example for teleconferences, meetings and remote meetings.

Padlet
With Padlet, you can create visual boards for organizing and sharing content. In addition to just text, you can attach images, links and/or video clips to the Padlet wall.

Flinga
Flinga offers versatile tools together for ideation, commenting, mind maps and collages.

Jamboard is a digital interactive whiteboard tool provided by Google.

MOTO-opas - Guide for organizing multi form events - in finnish

MoTo as in monimuotoiset tapahtumat (multi form events) -project was Student Union ROTKOs project funded by Ministry of Education and Culture, which purpose was to develop the concept of multi form events and piloting these events.

This guide was made as an end product of this project. With this guide you can introduce yourself into organizing multiform events and also learn what not to do. This guide has been made only in finnish.
